It appears that now that Dan Patrick from Houston has entered the race, both Dewhurst and Patrick are splitting the Houston base; this is bad news for Lt. Gov. Dewhurst. Patterson still kept the lead, and even took some of the votes that went to Susan Combs in the previous survey. Also, it seems that Patrick took some votes from Todd Staples who received only 5% of the vote whereas before he got 13%.
