Top 5: Minnesota (76.1%), Wisconsin (73.2), Colorado (71.1%), New Hampshire and Iowa. Bottom 5: Hawaii (44.5%), W. Virginia (46.8%), Oklahoma, Texas (50.1%) and Arkansas.
