The American Electorate and the Latino Vote Charts

The NonprofitVOTE.org release its list of states with the highest and Lowest turnout in 2012.  You can get the full report here, But we have the most essential charts, including the most recent charts by the Pew Hispanic on the Latino Vote, nationally and state-by-state.

Top  5: Minnesota (76.1%), Wisconsin (73.2), Colorado (71.1%), New Hampshire and Iowa. Bottom 5: Hawaii (44.5%), W. Virginia (46.8%), Oklahoma, Texas (50.1%) and Arkansas.
